【Display】the celebration of His Majesty Emperor Naruhito’s 60th birthday

On Wednesday (March 11), the Japanese Embassy in Brazil opened the doors of the official residence for the celebration of His Majesty Emperor Naruhito’s 60th birthday, observed on February 23rd.
This is the first celebration of the birth of the emperor since his ascension to the throne and the beginning of the new imperial era Reiwa, inaugurated in May 2019.

Diplomats, members of the Brazilian government, representatives of Japanese-Brazilian entities, media professionals and other guests attended the party. Those present were offered a typical Japanese menu dinner, in addition to the traditional Japanese drinks tasting.

Ms.Zilá Da Costa Raymundo , the director of Brasilia branch ,created an elegant celebration arrangement at the entrance of the Embassy which added a special elegance to festive mood.
