【Demonstration &Lecture】Christmas and basic technique

We were highly honoured to have Ms Chicage Suzuki, wife of HE The Ambassador of Japan, giving a demonstration for our members.

As this was a Christmas program, she demonstrated a Christmas wreath and a flower arrangement. She made the Christmas wreath in a circular vase that she had purchased recently from Sogetsu Headquarters shop as also some dry material. She made the wreath without using any Kenzan.

After Ms Suzuki’s demonstration, Ms Veena Dass gave a lecture- Demonstration on the dos and don’ts of Sogetsu Ikebana and demonstrated the 2 basic  styles and Variation-1.

We had over 75 members and guests who attended this program which was enjoyed by all.
