【Demonstration/Workshop】”Build with Bamboo”　Ikebana and Ballet, a Harmonious Fusion of the two beautiful Arts

Mumbai Branch, India , held inspiring and informative demonstration and workshops titled “Build with Bamboo” .

Theme : “Build with Bamboo”
 1)  Ikebana & Ballet program : The Ikebana demonstration was held on 25th November, ’19 at Saint Andrews Auditorium, Bandra from 2.30 to 4 p.m. and the audience reached more than 770.

The Mumbai Branch has conducted a Harmonious Fusion of the two beautiful Arts. An Ikebana Demonstration & A Ballet Performance. We were honored to Mr. Mario Ryo Ryu Sonsini from Italy to showcase his talent on stage complimenting it with a Ballet Dance by The Indian Academy of Russian Ballet”.

2) 3 days Workshop : The workshop was held between 26th to 28th November, ’19 at Rustomjee Crown, Prabhadevi, Mumbai-India.

“Bamboo the perfect combination of strength and flexibility, represents harmony and balance in one’s life.  The use of this versatile Bamboo plant was introduced by Mr.Mario Ryo Ryu Sonsini using different tools to cut, split and bind and design beautiful structures and installations”.

Needless to say, the workshop  was completely booked , leading to it’s positive outcome, the enthusiasm and the atmosphere….

The events was very well organized by the Mumbai Sogetsu Ikebana Branch.  We got an overwhelming response on the above events.
