In the Japanese room on the fifth floor of the Sogetsu Kaikan, seasonal ikebana works are constantly on display for public view.

I elevated the standard ikebana arrangement featuring bamboo and camellia by integrating arborescent aloe and vibrant colored paper in a formative style. This colorful enhancement allowed me to powerfully craft the work, skillfully spreading elements both to the left and to the right, enabling me to fully utilize the width of the space.
The piece displayed in the Japanese tearoom was inspired by the imagery of the rising sun.
