In the Japanese room on the fifth floor of the Sogetsu Kaikan, seasonal ikebana works are constantly on display for public view.

I drew inspiration from the painting of Mt. Fuji by Sofu-sensei and envisioned a vast expanse of trees unfolding beneath its majestic presence. To capture the essence of a cloudy expanse, I utilized the smoke tree in my composition. Throughout the creative process, I remained guided by the theme of "Complementing an Art Work."
