Ikebanist : Tankei Fukumoto

Tankei Fukumoto(Instructor of the Sogetsu)
The weather today was not a refreshing, sunny day in May. Upon arrival at the site, it was time for me to start creating my ikebana arrangement!
As I immersed myself in the beauty of the materials, a sense of serenity washed over me, akin to the welcome breath of a fresh breeze, lifting my spirits... The nuanced interplay of colors among the maple's leaf tips, the profound richness of its green tones, and the subtle shifts within the white hues of the snowball placed at the base collectively transported me to the essence of a gentle, rejuvenating May breeze. Thank you very much.
