The Iemoto in the Suntory Whisky 100th Anniversary commemorative film
In 2023, the Suntory Whisky celebrated its 100th anniversary. The short documentary series "The Nature and Spirit of Japan" featured the Iemoto Akane in the episode 2.
Behind-the-scenes Photos
The filming took place on February 26, 2023, in the Japanese room at the Sogetsu Kaikan 5th Floor . While answering interviews, the Iemoto arranged two works of ikebana and spoke about the spirit of the Sogetsu Ikebana, which has been passed down through generations since its foudantion.
